Site audit and diagnostics

Before any visit, we leverage data from our AI Quantum platform (AI QC). This phase allows us to target risk areas and efficiently prepare the field mission.

• Climate data (RCP scenarios, extreme events, local trajectories).
• Environmental data (geology, hydrology, topography, land use).
• Building and regulatory data (materials, age, typology, compliance).

Our teams visit the site to concretely assess risks. Each field diagnostic is cross-referenced with our AI QC data to obtain a unique criticality level for each asset.

• Clay shrink-swell (RGA): soil observation, cracking, drainage.
• Floods: low points, existing protections, drainage networks.
• Hail and extreme winds: roof and window resistance.
• Coastline / marine submersion: coastal protection, shoreline retreat.

When the situation requires it, we perform a complementary structural diagnostic with building experts:

• Verification of load-bearing structures (concrete, steel, wood).
• Analysis of building pathologies (cracks, infiltrations, settlements).
• Instrumented measurements if necessary (sensors, hygrometric and thermal surveys, etc.).

We provide a comprehensive report. Each report is enriched with our AI QC simulations, offering a prospective vision: what are the probabilities of damage in 5, 10, or 20 years if no action is taken?

• Vulnerability mapping (climate and structural).
• Adaptation recommendations (technical, organizational).
• Prioritized investment plan based on criticality and resilience gains.
